This talk, intended for a broad audience, will introduce AI and its abilities. Its application to the mining industry will be discussed with real industrial examples. The goal of the talk is to provoke questions about AI and the role of domain knowledge. It is hoped the audience will not be shy and perhaps come prepared with questions.
